Für die Sekundärverwendung in der spätantiken Stadmauer links und oben gerade abgearbeitetes Fragment eines nicht näher identifizierbaren Monuments, rechts und unten abgebrochen. Z. 1: Statt EF auch FR möglich. pr]aef(ectus?). Zerstört bei der deutschen Belagerung Strasbourgs 1870.
