Das Erhaltene ist in drei Teile gebrochen. Die beiden Inschriften befinden sich auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Altars. Z. 8: möglicherweise auch f(ratres). (B): Inschrift a: Körber, MZ: Z. 5/6: Primigenius (jedoch in der Zeichnung Abb. 10 richtig); Inschrift b: Körber, KWDZ; Körber, MZ; CIL 13, 11809: kleinere Leseabweichungen.
