Für die Inschrift wurden zwei Platten eines Pflasters wiederverwendet; sehr wahrscheinlich zusammengehörig. Fr. Fragment a: Z. 1(Anfang): Kreuzzeichnung; (Ende): Kreuzzeichnung. Fragment a: Z. 9: Datumangabe mit Stigma (= 6) wiedergegeben; Fragment b: Z. 6(Ende): Kreuzzeichnung.
