Fragment eines beidseitig beschriebenen Täfelchens in Form einer tabula ansata. Es steht ein Kreuz am Anfang des Textes. Das Iota am Anfang des Personennamens hat auch die From eines Kreuzes. Am Ende steht ein Christusmonogramm.
