Commentary
Zusammen mit der sogenannten Großen Juppitersäule von Mainz (AE 1906, 53 = 1980, 655 = CIL XIII 11806 = ILS 9235) gefunden. Unterhalb der Inschrift und auf den übrigen Seiten des Altars Darstellung verschiedener Opfergeräte. Vom Altar war bei der Auffindung noch mehr erhalten; rekonstruierte Maße: 126 x 61 x 55 cm.
