I assume that Blackhall Street is a typo for Backhall Street, because ST 3402 9080 puts one in the vicinity of Backhall Street. See, however, http://www.caerleon.net/history/kelly1901/, where a "Kembrev Wm. baker, Blackhall street" is listed
