Auflösungsvorschlag G. Alföldy (nach Röder): Ob m(emoriam) Da(tivi) Pr(o)c(uli) s(igniferis). Aicus ist bislang nur ein weiteres Mal belegt (CIL 13, 10017, 121). Die Inschrift befindet sich in der Felswand des antiken Steinbruchs.
