Allseitig abgebrochenes Fragment. Z. 4 könnte entweder Teil einer Herkunftsangabe [--- domo Cat]urix (Betz, Lőrincz, Vorbeck) oder Teil des Namens des Aufstellers, etwa [Bit]urix, sein. Z. 4 ist heute nicht mehr erhalten. Nach Betz möglicherweise eine cohors I Alpinorum, wenn [domo Cat]urix zu ergänzen ist.
