Linke vordere Ecke eines dachförmigen Sarkophagdeckels; auf der Vorderseite des Akroters weibliche Büste. Die Inschrift befindet sich auf dem vorderen unteren Rand des Deckels. Z. 1: Buchstabe D links, Buchstabe M wohl ehemals rechts von Z. 2. (B): AE 1986: Z. 1: M(anibus); CIL 03, 04072: Z. 2 (Ende): OV; Tušek: Z. 3 (Ende): EOR ET[---]; AE 1986: Z. 3: [---] filius eor(um) et [---]. Fundjahr: 1853; dann verschollen und 1979 wiederentdeckt.
