Commentary
Das Inschriftfeld ist zweifach profiliert. Die Buchstaben sind stark verwittert. Das Wort CARN in der Z. 6 wurde verschieden interpretiert und mit dem Volk der Carni oder mit den Bürgern von Carnuntum in Verbindung gebracht.
